Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As a small, independently run clinic, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it impacts both my schedule and other clients who may be waiting for care. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, please review these policies.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

This fee helps cover the time reserved exclusively for you.

No-Shows
A no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice.

The first no-show will result in a $25 fee.

Any additional no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Please note: The enforcement of this policy is at my discretion. Repeated late arrivals, late cancellations, or missed appointments may result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
